Born and raisEd in EL PAsO, TX. Studied FiLm and video production at BrooKs Institute oF PhotoGraphy in Ventura, CA. Graduated with a BacheLor of Arts in FiLm and Video production in 2007. Worked in the fiLm industry in HoLLywood for severaL years. PLayEd drums for The Rhythm CoffiN 2005-2015 and Dr VeLvet & the SociaL Drinkers 2010-2015. ALso recorded with various Artists for severaL years.
CLownie is one of the originators of #31DaysOfHALLoween (The act of ceLebrating HALLoweeN for aLL 31 Days in October). He FiLmed his CeLebrations 2012-2014 and reLeased a feature Length Documentary fiLm in Oct 2015. The fiLm is caLLed "#31DaysOfHaLLoweeNtheMovie" and can be found free on youtube.
CLownie CurrentLy Lives in New OrLeaNs, LA with his SouLmaTe @DemonEdyn. On Oct 27th, 2015 DemonEdyn Gave birth to their first born son, ToBer Montague ALcaLa. CLownie now owns his OwN coffee company caLLed Jazz CLown COffee.

I have a vision of a shadow on stage. Thin, pale and larger than life. His shiny red nose gleaming from the overhead lights. His voice booms over a sea of people causing a gentle sway back and forth to a steady beat. His hands striped black and red direct the mass of humans to sing a melody in harmony.
